MUAY THAI

Muay Thai, sometimes referred to as “Thai boxing,” is a martial art and combat sport that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. This discipline is known as the “art of eight limbs,” as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins.

WRESTLING

Wrestling is a combat sport involving grappling-type techniques such as clinch fighting, throws and takedowns, joint locks, pins and other grappling holds. The sport can either be genuinely competitive or sportive entertainment (see professional wrestling).

JIU-JITSU

Practising Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a fantastic way to improve our mental health and keep it elevated. Because the sport involves continual growth and improvement, there is an inherent feeling of progression and fulfilment. Plus, physical activity as a whole is incredibly beneficial for our mental health.
